Tell us about Indenovo Global
Indenovo Global is an executive search firm, headquartered in Leeds, UK. We bring more than a decade of experience in high level, end-to-end recruitment services, specialising in tailored retained assignments.
How many people do you employ?
We currently employ 21 people, looking to expand to 30+ in 2023.
WHY LEEDS?
Leeds is an excellent city with a lot of investment.
There is everything you need from bars and restaurants through to excellent transport links!
With a number of high-performing universities close by, it also provides us with a strong pool of graduate talent.
HOW DID YOU DISCOVER 2-WORK INITIALLY?
One of our Directors had met one of the 2-Work employees at a work event and when we needed some flexible space at short notice, 2-Work stepped in.
WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE US?
We chose a 2-Work space down to a number of factors.
The office space itself was ideal as it offered everything our team required, from private meeting rooms to co-working desks and of course COFFEE!
The flexibility of the lease allowed us to also make a quick and secure decision without worry.
The location of the office was perfect for our very social team, sitting right in the city centre.
HOW HAVE YOU FOUND YOUR TIME AT 2-WORK?
Our time at 2-Work came without issue.
The whole experience was extremely smooth and hassle free, the team were welcoming and accommodating throughout.
The design of the space itself creates a very relaxed environment for our staff and offers the key amenities we need.
WHAT WILL YOU MISS?
We will miss the incredibly friendly customer service team and of course the dogs!
WHAT HAS WORKING IN FLEX-SPACE TAUGHT YOU?
Working in a flexible space has taught us that there are other ways to work rather than sitting at the same desk day-in day-out.
It has taught us that our staff enjoy flexibility not only in their working hours but also their working space.
We also interacted with a lot of other businesses, people we would not usually spend time with. Something we have benefitted from when planning work events and the redesign of our website.
What are the best & worst things about flex space?
Best things about flex space are the social aspect it brings and positive environment. The worst thing about flex space is simply the fact it isn’t your own!
Can you sum up your experience at 2-Work?
Our time with 2-Work has been an incredibly smooth experience from start to finish.
